I have known for some time that Paypal and Ebay are separating and will be operating as completely unrelated organisations.
I had an email in today from Paypal ...they are changing their legal agreements as a result of this change so am posting the email 'flyer' to give everyone a heads up
Some will know, others wont. I hope it helps those who are unaware of the change

It's the same as it's always been, I doubt these changes will make any material difference.
I don't think there is any need to worry about this.

@Cleoriff good post but don't trust paypal tbh never use them
It's a lot safer than many other options, you register a debit card with them meaning that you no longer have to enter it on sites when shopping online, which presents a risk.
It has many protections built in and I have used it since they started and have never had a problem.

A bit off topic but has anyone try bitcoin ?
There are far too many security problems with Bitcoin, nobody should get involved in any way.
