ur thoughts go out to those affected by the shocking events in Paris on Friday evening. We know that at times like these, customers need to be able to get in contact with loved ones without worrying about the cost of calls.

Vodafone will credit all Vodafone UK customers in Paris for any additional mobile phone costs incurred while contacting friends or family back home in the UK between 21:30 on Friday 13 November to 23:59 on Monday 16 November.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely. (from vodafone website)
