I want an eSIM and not a plastic sim, perhaps if I had an Android phone I’d also settle for the plastic sim as eSIM in Android does seem to be more flakey than on iOS.

Between Dave and the Social Media team it was discovered my brand new eSIM wasn’t compatible (talking about making work for staff), in the end I have received a new 5G SA eSIM and discovered I even have SA at home, I had only expected it in the city centre so that was a pleasant surprise.
