Nuisance calls

A landline number from weybridge area, calls my mobile everyday,

Which is just downright annoying, especially when they don't answer! Just silence

When I try to clall it's unobtainable.(that's before I new it was what it is)I'm surprised they

Give there number if they don't want people calling them!!!they ring at the same time each day nd on Saturday mornings.i just now ignore the call. How do I block the number calling?

Telephone preference isn't much good (not working) since this number started ringing.

Unless you have a handset such as a Samsung which has an inbuilt option to add callers to a blocklist there is nothing you can do stop these calls.

Adam has put together some information here :

You could contact the police if it if just a silent call that's classed as harassment

Damien is right, get the police involved, unless it's a business calling when you can report them if you have the number.

Open the call log and press and hold the number you want to block. A menu will appear and then select 'Add to reject list'. That should sort it for you.

Jonsie how does that handle the call, does it go to voicemail or where?
