I would imagine that all of the networks are under constant attack. No one is safe. At least it seems that Voda's security picked up the breach quickly.

Breaking news (when I clicked on your link) is that police have arrested a third person for that Talk Talk hack ..a 20 year old from Staffordshire.

This is obviously causing a lot of distress and hassle for TalkTalk customers but there have been arrests, which is a good thing.
