Northern lights?

 Just wondering if anyone got to see the northern lights last night? Apparently they were visible as far south as Oxfordshire....!

Ah, I was hoping you'd maybe managed to snap some pics @viridis I know you're a keen photographer!

I guess with no warning that they were going to be visible it'll be the odd photo happening by chance that's knocking around.

It's something that's on my bucket list actually, to see both the northern and southern lights (I know it's a big ask, but it is a bucket list) from somewhere with a great view! The thing is though, you can be exactly where they're most common and not see them, as they're not predictable as far as I know!

You can predict to some extent but tbh I was busy binge watching house of cards.

I was outside at various times last night and saw only dogs, cats, squirrels and a fox....nothing looking upwards though...

I missed them but again I was glued to TV.
