So Microsoft has finally created a official "Microsoft" phone but its a low cost phone. What do you think? Nice and subtle or not enough bang for a first phone?

Good point. I would have thoughts that they would have gone for a bigger bang however I now feel they may have worried about that big bang turning into a whistle. Probably best to play it safe with the current market of phones available.

I read about this in another article Liam. They felt it was because initially Microsoft wanted to 'test' the water as it were.... I did hear it was only going to be released in the one colour also?:smileywink:

this wiil have lumia denim as the software which means it will have cortana straight out of box and ready to use no waiting for update 8.1.1 could be a good 1st windows phone for some ppl if it gets released over here
