Well here we go again, more π₯³ π partying π€ͺ
AND OUR THINKING GOVERNMENT NOW SAY WE CAN NOW DRINK PINTS OF CHAMPAGNE πΎ YIPPEE
More eating π just more.
Clocks strike midnight π π π π bells chime and the party π₯³ begins.
I like to take a step back here...
Easy food, a little juicy punch and quiet β²
I have already made a beef stew with onions π° Shallots leeks garlic with beef cut into small cubes and Kevin π€£ mushrooms new potatoes π₯ peas, corn π½ beef stock cooked for a very long time in my Le Crueset cast iron cooker. Hardly needs any energy.
Freeze it into containers very economical.

Love sticky toffee pudding - prefer the variety made with bread and less dates:

Lovely Stew @TallTrees. I always follow my Mums recipe. Pretty much the same as yours.
Shin of beef and she used split peas to thicken. Delicious. Cooked gently for hours.
