Easy food, a little juicy punch and quiet ⏲
I have already made a beef stew with onions 🌰 Shallots leeks garlic with beef cut into small cubes and Kevin 🤣 mushrooms new potatoes 🥔 peas, corn 🌽 beef stock cooked for a very long time in my Le Crueset cast iron cooker. Hardly needs any energy.
Freeze it into containers very economical.

Lovely Stew @TallTrees. I always follow my Mums recipe. Pretty much the same as yours.
Shin of beef and she used split peas to thicken. Delicious. Cooked gently for hours.
