I've logged out and then followed the links on the main webpage to log back in and everything is normal for me. Seems to be relevant to just yourself.

the page partcially loads looking normal, then it goes straight to how it looks in the photo

It's loading fine for me. I have seen similar errors before tends to happen when there's connection issues.

Yes, it's looking like time out errors and webpage caching.

I sometimes see this type of thing on my phone when its cut out half way through. Which brings me to the question, have you got an interfering wifi channel from a neighbour? Also try rebooting the router.

 

By any chance you have installed a browser extension and/or has been updated recently? I didn't see what browser you've been using so posting the version number of that might help.
