@Anonymous Can confirm that a daily "restart" is certainly helping my experience now with 1809.

No prob.

The resource management has never been great on the desktop version of Windows, I've never had this confirmed but I do think that it might be partly to discourage it's use for servers as server licences tend to be much more expensive.
