I caught a Tv documentary style show last year following a Ladyboy Show troupe, and what these poeple go through in their own county, and how they are looked after by their 'mum' of the house.

Eye opening documentary and I concur actually being able to make out the sex of these people is near impossible !

The only obvious signs are their height (tend to be 4-6 inches taller than the girls) and their voice but still not a 100% guarantee. I'm fairly sure I can spot them now after coming here for the last 6 years. I will see if I can get some photos taken but you have to be careful pointing a camera in their direction to be honest.
