I just saw a docu about 'Fafafines' in Samoa and they were like "ah, what do you want to know else" and so on - very open-minded, aren't the Thai ones too?

They're guys with silicon implants and high doses of hormones. Some go through years of treatment to look like that. They get roles in the many Ladyboy shows or in the local bars.

There's plenty of call for them apparently in such areas as Walking Street (a little like the Reeperbahn in Hamburg!) and BoyzTown but of course I don't frequent such places
