Maybe even some anti virus programmes might interfere with it too ?

Thanks all. Especially bandofbrothers the link you gave got a prompt reply and I eventually got in contact with Kevin, who has done the necesarry and is sending a new sim. Cheers all.

Main thing is you got through slight_smile

 

Remember what I said : When you get the replacement SIM card you'll need to ring them back to remove the account block that will have been placed.
