A point to note : When 02 send you a replacement sim you will need to ring them back up and remove the account bar on it before it will work.

Aye, Best so far. but no internet link just phone no. But!!!! I've lost my phone. I'm disabled and live in an area you really don't wanna go looking for a pay phone after dark.  You can probably tell by the amount of (!) that I'm starting to lose it. Oh I just got an invitation to start a chat about this, and,Chat not initialised.    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You really do need to get it reported somehow asap - Do you not have a landline or a neighbour that can call for you?

The only neighbour that isnt a junky is out. Will just have to hope she gets back soon. Tnx everyone. I really should see about connecting an actual antique landline phone for just such an incedent. I am just a bit P****d that the only links through O2 are aimed at encouraging you to spend more and look how keen they are to help you do that.Smiley Frustrated

My home computer.  Didnt think I would ever need an actual phone connected to my broadband.  Have tried three more times to contact them, still getting hold that thought.

Their used to be an online form you could fill out but I believe that's been revoked but it's worth trying.

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=lost_stolen&case=Lost/Stolen%20Form

Hope you get through asap.
