I've just renewed my contract for a Huawei phone who are running a free wireless headphone promotion, trouble is i need an invoice or receipt, which i haven't been sent, i can't call o2 as its urgent calls only, and can't see any live chat or email options, not sure what I can do.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
