Horror film recommendations?

Anyone seen any really disturbing horror films lately?

I'm a massive fan of the genre but nothing has really shocked or disturbed me recently.

Well what level of horror are you watching?

I watched a british made horror recently that was on Sky On Demand which was actually quite good until the very end, which left my friends and I looking at each other asking "What just happened?" haha

I appreciate all levels.....from the 70's & 80's "cult" films to the newer such as Paranormal Activity and Hostel etc.

Some of the Asian horror is very good and graphic but not very scary.

Dawn of the Dead ~ newest version was good.

Even for a yank made film.

The original George A Romero version was fantastic......always weary about watching remakes.

The Evil Dead and Texas Chainsaw Massacre remakes i just refuse to watch!!
