🔔 Welcome, welcome one an all to the Holiday Word Scramble! 🔔
The theme is: Characters from classic Christmastime films
There are 34 😉 characters in total and as always, please only one guess per reply-- so that everyone has a chance to participate-- and also please wait until someone else has guessed after you before you guess again.
Hope to see our regular quizzers @BobM , @Cleoriff, @gmarkj, @jonsie , @J9el, @madasaf1sh, @Mi-Amigo, @MI5, @pgn, @RunrigForever, @sheepdog, @TallTrees, @Pipstop78 and @Comben, and anyone else who feels like joining in and any others I might have forgotten or who want to join the fun!

Just catching up here, been missing all the fun lately. Seemed like another good game and sorry I've not been around. I do enjoy these sort of games so will try to take part in future ones (health permitting) Well done all who took part.

Well done @Cleoriff on solving the last Scramble.
It was a great game and good to see our word unscramblers - @Cleoriff @pgn @MI5 - taking part.
As our regular Word Unscramblers know, I love Word Scramble game, so it is with regret that I cannot let the end of the game pass without commenting about the post by one member, which I found upsetting and insulting. Never having previously posted and only a member since last October, the member claimed the game was spoilt by member[s] not keeping to the rules; when in fact it was that member`s post which spoilt the game.
Those taking part are long-time members of the Community and are full aware of the rules of the game.
In the past, the regular players have posted one answer and, after a short period, have posted another answer without anyone commenting.
For almost four years, I have run quizzes and games on the Community, which have rules. In all that time, there has never been a complaint about rule-breaking. All of which shows, to me, that the games have run well and are fun.
It is a shame that the spirit of Christmas seems to have been lost by one member and I hope the enjoyment will be restored in future Word Scrambles.
I wish all Word Scramblers and the compilers @Breanna and @RafaC a Happy Christmas.

Wishing you all a Happy Christmas as well. I hope everyone, both new and long-term members will join us for the next one.
Today was a fun and quick word scramble and all the word games on the community are a challenge not only to play, but to host so big props to everyone who has hosted for the month of December and throughout the year!
We would love to have you back when you feel up to it @BobM
