Evening Meal ~  Choices Vegetarian and Meats 

Veggie Spiral pie with spiced tomato sauce &  Chopped Salad  &

Braised Lamb Shank with Chopped Salad and Roast Potatoes

Drinks :   Bubbly or Apple Juice

Desserts

Champagne and strawberries

Dark Chocolate Easter Egg

Creamy chocolate and strawberry Cheesecakes

 Pink Champagne 

 and Brandy Coffee

What a superb menu.

Lots of glorious Easter eggs.

Must admit, although not a vegetarian, I would happily try any of those dishes.

As for my favourite dishes, Braised Steak, Braised lamb shank, Butter Chicken and good old steak and chips.

Looks great @pgn  although not for me. I love all nuts, except almonds and can't bear marzipan. Maybe if I covered it with a pint of double cream , it may taste better...
