Hi guys,
As you may know, today marks the 450th birthday of the famous playwright William Shakespeare.
To mark the occasion, O2 looked back at some of his play's well-known lines to see how they could be different if smartphones had been around. You can find the article below, as well as info on how to submit your own to us on Twitter.
Happy Birthday to our favourite Bard
I thought I'd include the examples below, as I would love to hear your attempts too :). Also, what is your favourite Shakespeare play? For me, Othello is a masterpiece.
“Romeo, Romeo where for art thou Romeo? Oh, he’s checked in on Facebook in the back garden.” Romeo and Juliet
“To be, or not to be: that is the question. So let me google it and find the answer.” Hamlet
“Is this a dagger which I see before me, The handle toward my hand? Let me Instagram it for my friends #seeingthings #fatalvision #watchoutduncan.” Macbeth
“The course of true love never did run smooth. Like, I’ve been swiping right on Tinder all afternoon – when am I gonna get a match?” A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Cant wait to hear your's!

I'm actually seeing Much Ado About Nothing, my favourite Shakespeare, tonight in Manchester, which, incidentally, sums up how I feel about Instagram!
