Guilty as charged.

I've typically had good network and data signal in Leeds, apart from an incident of approx 3 weeks with intermittent signal.

I upgraded to 4G pay as you go go go tariff and my 4G speeds are awesome at 50mbps.

Customer Service on 4445 have always been polite and helpful.

Live Chat I've used infrequently but only for non account issues.

I find customer service on 202 great
Live chat not so good
I had great speeds on 4g in London of 50mbps plus but now struggle to reach 20 I'm quite disappointed with that
Apart from that all is good with O2

Yeah @Anonymous I'm on a 4g tariff aswell over since end of November 2013 I think till now its been bad I called o2 soooo many times and they say they tried to sort it out and everything but I mean I'm paying but not getting the service that I should b provided with it hurts that im using t mobile and full 2g and 3g signals at home never a problem with them apart from really rude staff on the phone and in stores

Do you 'see' pages open slower or internet sites take longer to open etc ,because of the drop in speeds Damien.

I see it when I drop to 3G if I'm commuting.

Yes I do bob I also see it's slower when downloading and sometimes YouTube videos buffer not half as good as it used to be 😞
