We've hidden 40 words related to New Year in the grid below, can you find them all?

The rule: so that everyone has a chance to participate, please guess only 1 word per post and also please wait until someone else has guessed after you before you guess again. Thank you!

Can I put my two-pennorth in here please and agree with @jonsie about keeping the Word Search grid this bigger size as it would maybe make it a bit easier for me to take part = just a little bit ... I only do vertical and horizontal words ... I know, I easily get confused 

Not making myself anything like self-important you understand.
