Here we go again. Although officially the clocks go back at 2am Sunday 26th, most of us do this job before bed on Saturday 25th (Tonight)
Means an hour less in bed

Yeah, another side-effect of the whole clocks back hoohah - getting up and about earlier than normal for a few weeks. And feeling like it's time for bed at 21:30... gnnnnhh!

I stayed up till 3am so my body clock would adjust
My carers don't come in until 10.30am and lying in bed an extra hour waiting for them would be painful

I set the bedside clock time correctly. Annoyingly I didn't change the alarm. Luckily I woke up early and with a bit of a dash, I made it downstairs in time for my online shopping delivery. 🙄

Love that we get a extra hour in bed yawn but dark nights and at half past five when I finish work will be dark as anything
