On the EE Twitter feed users asking for help are being requested to give their full security details:
@_xxxxxxxxx Hi Can I help? If so please Dm your number, postcode, date of birth and password and we will check your bill. Thanks
and again:
@xxxxxxxx Please follow us & DM your mobile number, postcode & password. Thanks
What on earth are they thinking?

I left EE and Orange for good reasons, the CS is terribble, there prices dont give you good value for money and they are plugging 4G like its available everywhere and it isnt at all, in fact you need to live smack bang in the middle of most met cities to get a good signal.

Well I've had no experience of EE/Orange but I won't be trying them any time soon.

I was with the big fruit until they were bought out and it was terrible with in 12 months.
CS was shocking, the gave me money back that i said was theres. then send me a red letter to say they want it all back. Beleive me it went bad to worse until i left.
Others are great either. Ive been with them all over time, but ill stick with the blue and white logo of o2 lol
