Hi folks Those of you who followed my story will know I was sad when I didnt reach the criteria for a Hearing Dog for the Deaf.
Ive now been offered a Sounds Support Dog. The process is underway but could take a while .

We are on our way to the 3 day induction . We are staying overnight in High Wycombe and had a lovely walk , with a coffee by the River Wye . Nice to be out of the rain.

An interesting occurrence last weekend
Friends of 50yrs came to stay. A return invitation for Jan to them was given. Without the dog !! My friend had heard that a puppy had chewed up another friends curtains. He he. It happens with little pups, maybe. if not trained. Loki ain't little & sure is trained. !!!
We are not sure we will be visiting Dogs certainly change things

Dogs certainly do change things but usually the advantages far outweigh any disadvantage.

Loki is home. Enjoying our semi wild garden; walks in the woods and today a beach adventure . Loki loves ball games and paddling in the water.
Yes life is different, antler chew, combs poo bags and reward treats litter the house. Inevitably Ive met other dog owners and swopped stories. They agree Loki is a gorgeous dog !!
