Just a reminder to any and all interested. Dancing On Ice starts tomorrow on ITV at 18:00.

Personally am really looking forward to it, particularly as Torville and Dean are now on the judging panel.

Not sure whether its any type of theme week...but looking at the app, this is what they are skating to

So Max was doing Dancing on the Ceiling. May well explain his partners fall....:smileysad:

I've been watching again Jayne & Chris dancing their World Championship 'Barnum' routine 1983 on Facebook ... they got all 5.9's for technical merit & all 6.0's for artistic impression ... great to see it again

Was looking closely at their legs ... & ... they are slightly flexed at the knee ... so ... it is me 'talking a bit of twaddle' @Glory1 ... however ... Lemar has very exagerated 'bent knees' ... & ... that 'flexing / slight knee bend' would explain 'the stiff' comment(s) that some of the skaters have come in for ... ... ... hope that makes sense

Looking forward to tonights DOI show Dance Dance

Thanks for the info @Cleoriff. I hope Max's partner will be ok to skate as I look forward to seeing Max perform. Also looking forward to Cheryl attempting a routine to Aretha Franklin's Respect. Love the song - no respect for Cheryl on ice 😂

Thanks as well @Anonymous for your comments. I'll be looking at the legs of all the celebs more closely now. If Lemar is in the bottom 2 again, which barring a miracle he probably will be, I can't see him being saved a 3rd week unless he's up against Cheryl, of course.

Can't wait for 18:00 and the show to begin. Then there's Vera up next. And Endeavour's back next week. My Sunday viewing for the next few weeks all set - magic 😊

I have to say before anything else.... I have no understanding of the judges marking this week.

Brooke only 1.5 more than Cheryl?

Alex was superb but Max wasnt as good as last week (I understand why..he was frightened of dropping his partner) and yet they scored the same

Not sure why Donna was marked so high. She was good but spent a lot of the time in the air...

Perrie was undermarked in my opinion...

Wait for results now....

Perrie is out. How disgusting. I think I am going to stop watching this farce of a show. Evil

I watched the skate-off and the judges saw it different to me. Perhaps I'm not into all the technicalities of it.

It's an absolute disgrace that Cheryl is still in. Unfathomable!

Well this week @Cleoriff and I agree. I was gobsmacked when the judges all saved Lemar again. Even his partner was shocked.

Was also surprised Perrie was in the dance-off when Cheryl was so abysmally bad. Perrie wasn't as good as last week and I agreed with Jason's comments. BUT she skated rings around Lemar. They can't keep saving Lemar against better skaters. And people have got to start voting on skating ability.

As for Cheryl, she openly admitted she's never gonna skate on her own for fear of falling down. So get rid!!!

This week's show was interesting ... I think Jayne & Chris favour Lemar, unfairly so against Perrie in the skate off

Enjoyed best Antony's & also Alex's skating ... slower music for a change & nowhere to hide as compared to the faster music = not that the judges miss anything

Glad Ale could skate with Max, after the 'drop' during the week

Cheryl is infuriating to watch - she is playing us all for a patsy ... Smiley Frustrated Crazy
