Dancing On Ice 2019/2020

The new series of Dancing On Ice officially starts in January 2020, although there will be a Christmas Special in 2019.

Last year a few people posted on the thread including @Glory1 so we will see how we go this year.

The main news is Jason Gardiner has left the show and John Barrowman will replace him. So no more nasty comments (shame)

The contestants are....

Maura Higgins (from Love Island)

Michael Barrymore.

Joe Swash (ex Eastenders now TV Presenter)

H From Steps. He will make history as the first contestant to dance with a same sex partner.

(Not sure how that will work but let's wait and see)....

Perri Kiely (Dancer from Diversity) Let's see how Ashley Banjo marks him!!)

Lisa George (Who plays Beth Tinker in Coronation Street)

Libby Clegg (Registered Blind Paralympian)

Trisha Goddard (Talk show host/TV Presenter)

Lucrezia Millarini (ITV news presenter)

Kevin Kilbane (Former Footballer and TV Pundit)

Ben Hanlin. Magician (best known for TV show Tricked)

Caprice Bourret (Model, Actress Blah blah blah )

And that's it. I've counted and there seems to be more contestants this year?

It will be presented as usual by Phil and Holly.

Oh I'm glad someone posted about this.. I tried on the JB but very little happened!

@Anonymous, @Mi-Amigo, @Cleoriff We noticed this late yesterday and it's been reported to the platform provider. It's not unique to the O2 community so fingers crossed it will be sorted quickly.

Looking at the html of a post with a missing video the code is still intact so it looks like they will be restored once the issue is fixed rather then us having to re-imbed them but we'll know more once we get an update. 

I'll keep you guys in the loop.

Interesting to see the Jai Ho Ice dance video has re-appeared again @Martin-O2 . It was there, then it wasn't when I tried again...now this morning it's back!!

Ok and the bad news is....in the pre-Christmas show we get to see GEMMA COLLINS again (FGS!!)

Holly was on Jonathan Ross last night and she mentioned it.

However, to offset that,  the show will also feature Ray Quinn (the best ever contestant) and Jake Quickenden who won in 2018.

We will also see all of this years contestants.

Torville and Dean will skate. So apart from the GC, it looks as if it will be a good show.

Yes @Mi-Amigo  I saw Hayley was back yesterday, though Ray Quinn has never reappeared. Anyway he is there now Simply the best.
