Im not really sure what to label this under but i just need help, i have no other way to get in touch, i'm hearing impaired so phone calls aren’t exactly the best way for me to go and my O2 app isnt working, nor can the virtual assistant help me so i’m not sure what else to do.
i recently turned 18 and tried to apply for a contract phone, unfortunately i was told i couldn't get approved, but £70 has still been taken from my bank account and a direct debit has been set up, on the website it stated nothing would be taken from my bank if i wasn’t approved, i have no other use for the service so im just a little confused 🫤

Usually these things are marked pending by your Bank and it is they who hold your money
If O2 don't call on it in around seven days it will be returned into your account
