Contact O2 from a landline

The O2 contract in my name is actually for a phone for my mother. I want to speak to an O2 person, but not from the number of that phone. The contacts page is sending me round in circles. Is there an email address I can contact, please - not 'noreply' obvs.

Call 202 then choose option 1 which is "I'm calling about a different number"
