You'd think so but it will just mean they move to other countries where they can't be touched.

What about dissolving these companies if they keep breaking the rules....

Only just seen this, that's great! And in my hometown too...

 

The fact they hid their identity and the sheer number of calls they'd made had a lot to do with the size of the fine from reading the article! It would be good if they outlawed these operations completely imo (if they're not already?).
