Well I'll try and check in with her at some point later today, but it can happen by accident @TallTrees . Two people on here have done it before, claiming they hit the delete account button by mistake.

I think she made it pretty clear that it wasn't accidental.

Yes, now I've caught up with the other threads, I can see it wasn't accidental.

Today it's the Lab's turn for a walk.

This means the other lad gets a few chunks of carrot in the kong...

Just watching him trying to extricate the last piece, his repeated lift-and-drop tactics are not working on this piece, so jaw action needed...

Unlike the Lab, he'll get bored with it, so Lab gets to have a go after the walk - and he is much more tenacious!

So what's a kong @pgn? A device which holds food and the dog has to work to get it out? PS never knew of a dog who likes carrots rofl

Before I became the cat woman of our close, we had dogs. Carrots were spat out. joy

PS I DO love Alsatians, never lucky enough to own one.

Exactly, @Cleoriff:

Carrots loved by both dogs, and while the Shepherd is fussy about what he eats, the Lab eats anything... except celery, he draws the line at that.

Btw, took him about 4 minutes flat to extricate the piece the Shepherd had given up on...
