Brazilian police have arrested 10 people who they state were plotting terror attacks at the Rio Olympics which start in two weeks

The upcoming games are in ruins before they've begun. Tainted with scandal before the start with a country banned, and individual athletes dropping out, I don't think they're going to go well.

You know what I mean....the athletes were dropping out due to Zika...before the Russian scandal
