From last year they were Sleeping Beeuties 2018 to
This year 2019 again these little kind and sweet bees have caught me unaware and when I opened
the sleeping box there were a few anxious looking faces! So up went the boxes sharpish
and they were put on top to feel the fresh air and off they flew ~ they'll be back always
to the same spot they first remember.
These are the boxes facing South in the hot sun.
This is a box with an emerging bee under the release box top.
Wildlife have no respect for photographers!

What a lovely story @TallTrees
A real BEE happy community. Lovely to hear of so many people looking after our bees.

Aw @AngryOlGuy
Surely this little creature cannot be scary to you😊
This is one having a rest on my sheets hung on washing line this morning, tiny about 10mm
Such a sweetie 💕

2022
I have just completed cleaning every bee in the tubes.
I estimate about 1000 can't count that many, too busy emptying
tubes and cleaning them.
Here they are in the box I am storing them in until I renovate their
release boxes for Spring this year.
It was not a particularly good year but the bees have done wonders.
Thank you dear bees see you in Spring.

Some great pics of both male and female Red Mason bees here, and capped tubes too:
