Re: Apple v Samsung

Apparently they're gunning after another 4 of Samsung's handsets. How long till they start on Android? Didn't say Steve Jobbs say he'd spend every dime of Apples money to bring them down?

I think they're looking absolutely foolish now to be honest.

Ah...that's a completely different thing altogether. You can't really patent an operating system or how it operates. So what's the plan, kill Linux, Windows, Unix, BSD and what not.

Actually isn't iOS and OS X based on Unix?  Like many operating systems are.

Apple seem to think they have a niche market in the smartphones arena, however this is not case therefore corporate bullying. I do hope to pick a fight with Google and they go down.

Being a bit of a dinosaur, I'm a little worried about the new technology and I will probably spend most of my time trawling through all the S3 threads on here Smiley Embarassed

Re: Apple v Samsung

I was just thinking about all the things that Apple have never patent.

The wheel.

Menopause.

Television.

Telephone (ha you never got that one done in time).

Vacuum Cleaner

Bottle Opener

Washing Machine.

Video recorder

Computer

The old EPG on old VHS video recorders.

The Allen Key

Kate Bushes' 80's hair-do.

The ten commandments

It's a Knock Out

Jim'll Fix it

the list goes on....
