I have just heard it on BBC news... as I am rather busy I thought I had misheard....

Indeed I hadn't....

One can only imagine the scenario...women who want to fight their way in the challenging world of employment..and decide when they are 45-55 that it might now be nice to have a child....(a bit like choosing a new puppy)

I am all for progress and equality...but....
