Yesterday I talked to one of your employees over the customer service, and he said that my o2 mobile account will be closed. I did not get any email That confirms that O2 is planning to close my account following yesterday's customer service conversation.
Can you please email me a confirmation that My request was accepted and that O2 is planning to close my mobile account soon?
