Hi, I'm thinking of moving to O2 due to Plusnet disbanding mobiles. Is Priority available on a new sim only contract or do I need Virgin media Broadband as well ?

You can priority with any o2 mobile phone Pay Monthly or Pay as You Go, you dont need Broadband either.

Before moving to o2 though get some PAYG sims from other networks and make sure you get signal before signing up to o2.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@Kalima If all you're moving to O2 for is Priority, find another provider.

No I'm not just moving for priority. I work outside in a countryside area that sometimes does not get signal. We have a phone that uses 3 and wanted another with another provider for when we don't get it with 3. Vodaphone is not compateble and so it leaves EE or O2

@Kalima You can put your post code in here: O2 Network Coverage Checker | 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Coverage but keep in mind that it's a computer generated guess. Pay & Go sims are the best way to check your coverage before committing long term.
