Where do I get my priority code for SmarDelay

Where can I find or get my priority code from? I am trying to register for SmartDelay and its asks 'To help us identify you as a customer, we will need your Priority Code'. I have looked in the app nothing seems to stand out,

https://o2priority.smartdelay.com/faq has all the information, but I am not sure it is even still active, and the only contact for Smart Delay is this email address:

smartdelaysupport@collinsongroup.com

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

If you search O2 Priority for SmartDelay, you get :-

 

"Looks like there are no matches for your search". 

 

That seems to support the thoughts of @madasaf1sh

As I have mentioned above, if you search O2 Priority for SmartDelay, you get :-

 

"Looks like there are no matches for your search". 

 

I use O2 Priority a lot and do not remember seeing SmartDelay thereon in recent times. I think it might well be defunct.
