I bought 2 for £9 codes at 10.43 and got the "order received" email, over 30mins later and ive still not received the codes to book my tickets. Ive been checking my inbox and spam, but nothing. Any ideas?

Ive followed those steps - Ive completed the purchase (£9 deducted from my bank and proof of purchase email) but i havent received the email with the ticket codes and 20% off food code.

I've have the same issue today. I called Vue and they said there's nothing they can do and I need to contact O2. O2 says contact Vue....

Vue are the ones providing the codes, so they are talking rubbish, hang up and call again, as they are the ones who can provide them...
There is nothing o2 can do to get you the codes, or even refund you as Vue take the payment..
