Hi there. Last Monday (20 April) I transferred my number from EE to O2 PAYG. I've registered for O2 priority fine. But I can't register for O2 rewards. The system thinks I'm a pay monthly customer. I've not called because the O2 lines are currently only open for vulnerable customers. Online chat is closed. I tweeted but they've said they can't respond right now. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you, Bambino. I've visited the links above and await the text from O2. I'll let you know how it goes! Thank you...

Hi Bambino. Still no luck, I'm afraid.

I got the following text a while ago: O2 Rewards: Sorry, we haven't been able to opt you in right now. Give us a call on 4445 to find out more. Calls cost 25p.

I think the problem may be that I was on O2 Sim-only contract customer several years ago and parts of the system haven't updated. Guess I'll have to wait till the lockdown starts to ease and I'll try calling.
