Same here, s23 plus, seems like an issue on new models. Factory resetting the phone works if you dont reinstall the apps from a backup, but I'm not in a position to do this at the moment.

Just done an update on my S21 and my O2 priority app has stopped working.

Also in addition to @Cleoriff's advice above, there is the web version of Priority, accessible via any browser, as per the updates in the Forum O2 Priority topic area: "To see all the current offers, check out the Priority offers website or check out the priority app.", @jmc67
