My O2 priority ticket app won’t work on iPhone X safari. I have cleared cache and even tried to use chrome but the link goes back to safari and just shows pre sale happening now and no venue ticket option. It works on chrome on laptop

The app is far easier to navigate than the website.  but use a PC otherwise.
