Both my daughter and I got the Odeon codes last week, but when we tried to book last night both got the same error saying the code was incorrect. We had copied from screenshots of the O2 page with the codes. I trd contacting by twitter, not convinced I had done it right as not a twitter user, but no response. I also tried sending a message to martin-O2, who had been mentioned in a previous Odeon problem topic and no response there either. What else can I do to get help?
