Priority tickets

For any event I try to use O2 Priority for, when I click on 'Get Tickets' and go through to Ticketmaster, it just says the O2 Pre-Sale is 'Happening Now' with no obvious place for me to click to buy tickets. I'm signed in to Priority and Ticketmaster. This has always happened. What am I missing/doing wrong? Ive deleted the ticketmaster and 02 prio app aswell as clearing both cookies and cache on them..

Not had that problem, but it sounds like an issue with Ticketmaster, so you might be better contacting them and seeing if they can suggest anything..

Thing is its always worked on the website but never on the app?
