I Paid Novembers bill,& o2 had a credit of £20.80 for me. I left because of poor treatment  continuing from June fraud . It took till end of November to get the fraud finalised so I could leave , and also I was in credit by £20.80, BUT now O2 said  I owe £20.70 which I do not - so why threaten me with debt agency???

Hi, just confirming we've added £20.81 credit to your account. You'll see it on your next bill.  Nov 28th from O2
