Hello  good morning I have purchase of Sim cards only and I ordered it on 28th of November and also, I haven’t received my SIM card yet. I really don’t know what should I do because my monthly allowance is started which is I cannot use this is not fair for me pay for something to not use could you check when I am going to receive my Sim card, please

And just to add @Nazanen that when your SIM arrives, O2 will usually credit your account for the period from your ordering it to receiving it if you give them a call. 👍
