O2 priority ticket purchase confirmation

I purchased tickets with O2 priority and i have not received a confirmation email of the purchase even though the money has gone.  the confirmation of purchase on the site referenced ticket delivery is with AXS mobile ID but i have not received anything fro them.  Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

You need to contact AXS direct as they are normally quite good at emailing confirmations through...
