I purchased tickets with O2 priority and i have not received a confirmation email of the purchase even though the money has gone. the confirmation of purchase on the site referenced ticket delivery is with AXS mobile ID but i have not received anything fro them. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?
