I have the O2 Priority app downloaded on my phone (iPhone 6S) and want to download it to my iPad, because if I use it to book tickets it will be easier on the iPad. However, when I go to the App Store I don’t see the O2 Oriority app there. Why would this be?

Hi @MLA

You need to check again as I have just accessed the app store (via PC) and O2 Priority is there

https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/o2-priority/id443900190?mt=8

Maybe you need to reboot your device?

Settings >iTunes and App Store and select the auto updates and the same apps will be loaded onto both your devices.

Thanks. I found my way to it eventually. Can’t remember exactly how but it’s now safely installed on my iPad!

If I remember correctly, some apps are for handsets only so you have to effectively download the handset version onto your IPad manually as it can’t see any App to download.

If it looks broken, then it's probably broken.
