I tried to use the codes that i and the family redeemed on Wednesday for a Sunday film but none of them work. I tried to use the app and on-line, but keep getting message "The voucher number is not correct" Any idea what has gone wrong and if anyone else has had the same issue. Also how it can be fixed? Many thanks

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
