Need to know where and how to ask about possible O2 Arena tickets?

Hey, I’m not actually new to O2, been on this service for 2 years but I’ve never used any of the “perks” that get advertised like tickets and movie nights. My favourite group is coming to the O2 in october and I have NEVER been to a concert there so I not sure where to ask for possible discounts, perks and such. It’s fine if there isn’t but if someone could point me in the right direction if there is that would be very appreciated.

Oh it’s BTS. They never come to Europe and I just checked and they have priority ticketing so I’m so happy. I’m extremely nervous because their last tour sold out so quickly and this is my first time ever buying tickets this way.
